Scouts may now earn a new recognition called the “Complete Angler” by earning the three fishing related merit badges:
Adults can receive the Certified Angling Instructor designation by completing the Certified Angling Instructor course at National Camp School. Patches are available for both recognitions. Visit www.scouting.org for more information.
