During the outing, assign Scouts to each piece of equipment and note the assignments on the “Permission Slip Checklist Form”. At the conclusion of the outing, IM or email a picture of the completed form to the TQM and Adult Quartermaster.

Return Equipment

All Troop Equipment shall be cleaned, dried and returned at 6:30pm, the next Troop meeting (including PLC’s) by the assigned Scouts. The equipment return must be overseen by the TQM/OSPL.  Equipment failing inspection (dirty or wet) will need to be taken home to clean/dry and returned at the following meeting.  EQUIPMENT MAY NOT BE DROPPED OFF!
