What: City of San Ramon Parks Make Life Better
Where: Bellingham Square Park, 1281 Bellingham Square, San Ramon (parents/scouts will need to coordinate transportation to/from the park)
Date: Saturday, 7/21/2018 9am-12pm
What to Wear: Class B Uniform and closed toe shoes, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunblock)
What to Bring: Work Gloves and a filled bottle of water
What You’ll Earn: 3 Hours of Conservation-related Service for Life Scout Rank Requirement #4
Required: SR Volunteer Application and Permission slip due 6/26/2018

Calling all STAR Scouts working on Life Scout Rank and are in need of Rank Req #4, 3 hours of Conservation-related service, & LIFE Scouts in need of service hours.

On Saturday July 21st from 9am-12pm, Troop 805 STAR & LIFE Scouts are invited to join the City of San Ramon Parks Maintenance staff to help maintain and beautify our neighborhood parks. Tasks will include planting, pruning, applying mulch, and general clean up. Light refreshments will be provided.

If you are interested in participating in this service project, please:
1) Register on Troopmaster. Mrs. Kelly is currently holding spaces with the City of San Ramon for our troop, she can either decrease or increase the # of spots based on scout interest, please register before 6/26
2) Complete the City of San Ramon Volunteer Application. Volunteer Application forms take 2 weeks to process, please complete and turn in at a June Troop Meeting or by the 6/26 PLC or email to 4amykelly@gmail.com by 6/26.
3) Complete the Troop Permission Slip

The City of San Ramon also asks that all volunteers (including parents of minors) review the City of San Ramon Volunteer Handbook prior to their first volunteer activity.
